We are so fortunate to have so many awesome museums in Tacoma and the South Sound. Some of them are 'pay as you can'- some are very low cost, some are FREE on certain days and certain hours (see calendar) and the rest cost up to $10 for admission for each person.

The library has passes to the Washington State History Museum, Tacoma Art Museum, Museum of Glass, and just added new passes to the Foss Waterway Seaport Museum and Lakewold Gardens. All passes circulate for 1 week and make the perfect family activity.
Check one out with your library card and get free admission for some (or all) of your party. Each pass has different stipulations. The passes are not reservable and are available on a first-come, first served basis.
