Tacoma Community House, The REACH Center, Tacoma Housing Authority, Hilltop Business Association, Community Health Care, and Hilltop Action Coalition are partnering together once again for Halloween on the Hill!
This FREE event will take place on 10/28 from 3PM-6PM. It is an all ages event where community members, businesses, and community resources come together for a safe & fun afternoon.
