WHAT DOES IT NEED TO FUNCTION at its BEST?
*it needs reinforcements. Wood is failing in some areas, ie some of the trim and the floor could use a replacement or new wood put on top.
I just did an event today and sold $1800 worth so It doesn't affect the functionality and I still use it but it needs to be given some TLC or the right person may consider a rebuild.
WHY AM I SELLING IT?
*I have a newer trailer and older food truck and am trying to consolidate, downsize. So I am selling a food truck aNd this trailer and will keep my newer trailer.
*It does need work and I don't know people that build these. I still use it even though it needs work so if you need to you can use it this summer to earn to fix it for next spring. It was a fluke I found this one.
IT'S READY TO USE....TODAY for temporary or seasonal events.
QUESTIONS I HAVE BEEN ASKED:
Is it water-tight? NO, as you can see it is an open-air stand. I store it in my garage
any questions about permits you would want to check with your local health dept as policies change.
This would take significant money to acquire a permanent ANNUAL permit. That is NOT what this was ever intended to be used for. Its a seasonal stand due to the open-air concept. This is more of a temporary permit/seasonal permit type setup. Temp PERMITS are inexpensive though!. Menu can be changed I suppose. Doesn't have to be hot dogs.
